Chelsea brings political and Congressional experience, with a wide array of policy expertise including Transportation, Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Trade, Technology, Labor, and more. Chelsea specializes in bipartisan policy development and is an expert in navigating the legislative process. 

 Through her years at the House of Representatives, she worked for former Chairman of the House Agriculture Committee Congressman Collin Peterson, Congressman Filemon Vela, Congressman Mark Pocan, and Congressman Don Norcross. Prior to her time on Capitol Hill, she began her career at the White House Office of Legislative Affairs under President Obama and the 2012 Democratic National Convention.
