His previous engagements have included serving as Senior Advisor to the CEO with Tellurian Inc., an infrastructure development company operating on the Gulf Coast of Louisiana and Vice President of Government Affairs with Cheniere Energy, the first company in the lower 48 states to export LNG. Ankit honed his communications chops as Senior Vice President at MWW Group.

He has worked for key policymakers including Senator Frank Lautenberg, Senator John Kerry, President Joe Biden and Senate Intelligence Chair Mark Warner. Ankit serves on the Executive Committee of the Atlantic Council and on the Board of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. He lives in Washington, DC with his wife and two children.
